Job Description:
As our HRIS Analyst, you'll play a vital role at DTN.
We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improve and enhance the Workday Platform for our organization.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests.
You will work alongside with other HRIS Analyst, Business Users, and HRIS Consultants to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.
The role comes with potential to grow and manage your own team of HRIS over time.
Core Duties o Utilizes general knowledge of industry best practices to analyze and suggest enhancements to human resource information systems (HRIS).
o Partners with HR team to evaluate HRIS software needs and modifies existing HRIS to meet changing demands.
o Collaborates with HR to understand business needs; develops and produces dashboards, reporting and systems training.
o Serves as a liaison with HR, IT, payroll and vendors to administer integration of systems and business processes.
o Responds directly to employees to provide support and resolve HRIS issues.
o Maintains process documentation; manages and conducts systems audits and validates data integrity to ensure compliance.
o Monitor and follow up on HR systems questions/Issues and perform initial troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely resolution o Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues Requirements o at least 2 years of experience in Workday o 5
years of experience of HRIS, strong understanding of business processes configuration and process flows o Experience on design, Workday configuration and provide recommendations for process improvements o Experienced with design, build and test, Custom Reports o Documentation of requirements and testing o Strong communication skills Why DTN?
